A 30 minute session focused specifically on improving the flexibility and joint range of motion for the client. Trainers will assess your body for any muscular imbalances or restrictions in muscular flexibility and then utilize the appropriate techniques to restore full range of motion.
A 55 minute session for a group of 6 or more people following a specific program for 3-5 days a week, starting a new cycle on the first Monday of every month. Group training will be instructed by certified trainers to provide that one-on-one personal trainer feel with customized programs to meet the clientele’s goals and basic postural and musculoskeletal needs.

Terms & Conditions: For a full refund, you must have attended at least 12 completed sessions over a 4-week period (3 days per week) and maintained a daily fitness journal that tracks your exercise and nutrition (must include your daily caloric intake), have followed the 12 Week Fitness Guide (tests will be given and graded throughout the course of the program and at the final assessment), completed and submitted homework along with daily food journal no later than every Friday at 8pm, until the entire package and final assessment is completed.
